Technology & Remote Learning Support for Students and Families

To support the highest levels of academic success, as we continue to engage in Remote Learning, it is essential that all students have access to effective instructional technology and internet access. Our QHST Professional Community is here to provide support to our QHST Students and Families with all aspects of Remote Learning.

As of January 12th, 2021, QHST Students and Families can no longer directly request Remote Learning devices (IPADs) from NYCDOE Central. As a result, please use the QHST Student Technology Support Request Form for Remote Learning Device & QHST G-Suite Account Support (linked below) to make a request for an internet enabled device.

Additionally, please use the QHST Student Technology Support Request Form for Remote Learning Device & QHST G-Suite Account Support (linked below) if QHST Students and/or Families need support with student QHST G-Suite Accounts.

Please find our QHST Student Technology Support Request Form for Remote Learning Device & QHST G-Suite Account Support here:

Did you know that you can track your child’s education on any computer, phone, or tablet? All NYCDOE Students and/or Families can do so right in the NYC Schools Account (NYCSA). You can sign up for an account by entering a few basic details. This will allow you to begin receiving notifications from the DOE. It only takes five minutes, and it is the first step in getting a full account. For more information about NYSCA Accounts, please visit:

https://www.schools.nyc.gov/learning/student-journey/nyc-schools-account

QHST Students can access their NYSCA Account and/or reset the password for an already active NYSCA Account by:
