NYC School Survey
FAMILIES - Take the 2023 NYC School Survey
Every year, we ask all families to take the NYC School Survey. The survey gives school leaders a better understanding of what members of their school community think about their school. The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make the school a better place to learn.

The information collected by the survey is designed to support a dialogue among all members of the school community about how to make the school a better place to learn.
Families and guardians can access the survey using the letter "f" followed by their student's nine-digit Student Identification (OSIS) Number. For example, if a student's OSIS Number is "123456789," a parent will access the survey by typing "f123456789."
A student's OSIS number can be found on their report card, student ID card, or in the family's NYCSA account. The students will be using their own individual OSIS number to access the student survey, as directed by their teachers.
We STRONGLY encourage you to complete this survey - every single response counts as we work to make our NYC Schools a better place for students, families, and community members. If you have any questions, you can reach out to Mr. Isaac at eisaac8@schools.nyc.gov - he is happy to address any concerns or questions you may have.
