Our 2023 - 2024 School Year Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences are fast approaching. These meetings are a valuable opportunity to speak with our students' parents and families about student progress and performance and gather information that will help us to better meet students' individual needs.
Our Fall Parent Teacher Conferences at QHST will be facilitated remotely - virtually via NYCDOE Zoom and/or via telephone, and similar to our 2022-2023 conferences appointments will be scheduled in advance using the google form.
QHST Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place on the following schedule:
Thursday, May 23rd, 5:30pm – 8:00pm

Using the system, we will email all QHST families a registration and scheduling email, they will select time slots for all the teachers that they want to see, and QHST Professional Community Members have access to the scheduled appointments, without anyone communicating directly throughout the process. If necessary, teachers can "manually" schedule/"block-off time" for a meeting with a particular parent – either because the meeting is already scheduled, or if a family reaches out via telephone to schedule a phone conference, if the family cannot engage in a virtual/remote meeting.
